On Saturday March 27 I got take out at 12:23 pm. Ate at 12:45 PM. Was incredibly ill. Vomiting, diarrhea and nausea started at 3:40 PM.
Ordered the godfather part II pizza and ccc wings. Had 1- 10oz beer pizza something IPA. Watched the bartender change the keg prior to pouring me the glass.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
