Ordered online for pickup from Chipotle at 12:15pm Friday. I got a chicken burrito bowl, chips, and guacamole. Shortly after I got a bad stomach ache. As time went on my ailment worsened. I developed a fever, chills, nausea, severe diarrhea, fatigue, and dehydration. I also have had no appetite.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Dehydration, Chills, Fatigue, Loss of Appetite, Stomach Pain

I ate yesterday 2/28 at around 11am. I got a turkey sandwich in white bread with mayo,hot peppers, lettuce, pickles, and Italian seasoning. As well as the regular flavor chips they offer and a chocolate malt.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ate Saturday February 11th for dinner. I ordered the number 5 combo. The burger tasted funny and I didn't even eat more then half of it. I am 25 weeks pregnant and have a 1 year old. Worse night of my life. As soon as I woke up I threw up and had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
