I had a double meat (steak/chicken) burrito bowl for lunch with lettuce, corn, Pico sauce and cheese. Started feeling bad later that evening woke up to take my son to school it was all bad from there for the rest of the day. I wasn't able to get him to the banquet for his basketball team.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate at 6 pm 4/6/2017. Bought a steak burrito and a carnitas burrito. My son ate the steak burrito and was fine. I ate the carnitas burrito and got very sick. Was up all night with fever, nausea, and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Both me and my boyfriend had take out from chipotle. One we started eating he started feeling sick. He then threw up. I didn't throw up until and hour later. I currently have cramps and everytime I drink something I throw up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I drove to the wendys at 6500 lyndale ave s, richfield, mn, around 1130 pm and my brother and i ordered a 4 for 4 meal. I got a bacon cheeseburger with chicken nuggets and he got a double double. I woke up around 7am with massive stomach cramps and spent the next 13 hours in and out of the bathroom.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
