I ordered the #4 with cucumber, Italian vinaigrette, onion, oregano, chess, lettuce tomato. I ate the sub around 1230 and within 5 hours started feeling stomach cramps and had the sweats. Within 7 hours I was constantly vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating

Ordered a nachos bellgrande early in the day, went home and took a nap until i was awaken by some awful stomach cramps, every half hour i was running to the toilet to vomit, it was to the point that i had nothing to give and after about 8 hours i drove myself to the emergency room.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I had Chipotle on Friday night and will never go back!!! I had horrible diarrhea for over 2 days. I'm also having sharp shooting stomach pains going on day 3!
