Went to chipotle on Main Street for dinner around 4 pm and had a chicken bowl with guacamole. I noticed my stomach feeling upset about two hours after eating there and approximately four hours after I was not able to move  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I'd eaten a hamburger (with everything on it) at around 5:15 pm on June 1st, 2018. Later that evening, I began suffering abdominal cramps, a bad headache and an elevated temperature.
