Ordered alarge pizza on Tuesday evening and by 5 am Wednesday I was deathly SICK. Fever 104, vomiting, nausea and severe Diarrhea. I could not even keep any liquids down had the dry heaves.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered q beef gyro meal with a medium fries and dr. Pepper. A few hours after eating it felt like I was I intoxicated on a substance that isnt meant to ever be consumed by a human. I started puking and getting diarrhea and constant headaches  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Both my wife and I ordered Buffalo Ranch Chicken wraps for Takeout. The next day both her and I were sick vomiting, diahrea, 100-101 fever, and extremely nauseous. The doctor said it was salmonella. The only thing that we ate in common was BWW. Quick process of elimination.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a burrito bowl there was barbacoa and carnitas in it (I only got carnitas because the barbacoa turned out to be enough for one tong full). Immediately after eating there was a slimy coating in my throat and I started producing a lot of phlegm.… See more
