Salad bar I had lettuce from the salad bar, and the following from the produce: cherry tomatoes, cucumber, green bell peppers. Balsamic vinaigrette dressing from wishbone. Sick with distant vomiting within 30 mins   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate at lunch on 2/17/2020. Within one hour was on the toilet with serious cramping and diarrhea. Ate sofritas bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies, pico de Gallo, corn salsa, medium green salsa and guacamole.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
