Ordered chicken, shrimp, rice, & veggies. Less than 2 hrs I began symptoms of headache, stomach pain, & gas. Later came nausea & vomiting. Then extreme diarrhea & more vomiting at the same time. So far it's been on going for well over 4-5 hrs non stop… See more

After eating the potato chive bits that tasted funny or different kind of sour. I became ill with in an hour or so. Intense stomach pain, cramps diarrhea, and then vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

I ate at Cove Thursday for lunch. Had fish tacos, and fries with ranch dressing. Friday morning I didn’t feel great, and by 11:30am I was throwing up and had diarrhea. It’s currently Saturday evening and I have a splotchy red rash on my chest and abdomen.… See more
