As an amazon driver we need food on the go, I got three steak tacos and a side of nachos and queso. My son got a chicken nugget happy meal with fries a chocolate shake and a plain hamburger with only pickles tonight for dinner (8/15) at around 5pm. The kid has been throwing up for 2 hours now, almost non stop.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Stomach after eating felt off. The next morning I felt terrible. By mid morning I had stomach cramps and fever and eventually vomited.
