Veggie burrito bowl- rice, beans, lettuce, cheese, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, guacamole. Didn’t even eat the whole bowl, less than half and became ill within 30 min- 1hr of eating.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Always horrible service at the Wendys at the metropolitan in Charlotte,N.C. but this is just ridiculous. Literally got raw chicken, just breaded in my sandwich. Get it together guys! the reviews say enough about this location, foolishly I’ve been going hoping they GETitTOGETHER – at Wendy's

I ate in between flights which was late into the evening (~9:00pm) on 2/25/18 and the chicken served to me was cold. I started feeling bad about 7-8 hours later and continue to feel poorly now. I woke up in the middle of night feeling horrible.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I had a chicken burrito bowl and when i woke up the next morning i was light headed, had diarrhea, and couldn’t keep anything down. It only persisted for four hours but it made me miss school and work.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
