Sandwich from this location. I started developing nausea about 1 hour after eating. I was the only one who got sick. My father’s sandwich didn’t have several thing that were in mine. Later in the evening I threw up several times. There was no diarrhea associated with this.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea

This is the only thing my daughter and I ate that was the same....We bought have had low grade fever, nausea and horrible diarrhea.,..Still have diarrhea..., Two got sick, within 2-3 days daughter and me couple days after  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever
