Had Five Guys from Plaza location (Commonwealth Ave delivered by UberEats) for dinner 3 hours ago. Ordered Bacon Cheeseburger and Cajun Fries. Heavy stomach cramping first that turned into severe diarrhea and vomiting multiple times going on now for over an hour.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Friday October 4th, I ordered a regular cheeseburger cookout style with cheese bites and a walking taco. I ate it and then a couple hours later I started throwing up I called and told the store they sent me a voucher meal.
