I experienced these symptoms hours after picking up food from Panera. Chicken Chipotle avocado melt and broccoli and cheddar soup. My symptoms started almost 5 hours after consumption. It was the only thing I ate.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
