Ate a rice bowl with tofu and black beans and a few hours later started feeling nauseas, dizzy, headache. The next morning woke up with fever, vomiting and diarrhea. Large volume watery emesis. Fever up to 101.3.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Dizziness

Ate a chicken sandwich for lunch on my way to work. It tasted off but I ate it anyways. Had like an ammonia smell towards the end. Get to work and can't stop pooping water. Came home took a nap and threw all of it up. Now I still have the diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

At approximately 10:15pm I went there to get my Grandson chicken tenders. I thought hmmm a Orange cream milkshake sounds good never had one. By 11pm I started getting severe stomach cramps , by 11:45pm I had horrible diarrhea that continued now for 2 and a half… See more
