I had the fried rice , with an egg roll. It had to be one of those that made me sick. Because from the time I started getting sick I had not eaten anything else.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Ate a cheeseburger with lettuce, pickles, onions, tomatoes and mayonnaise. Also ate sweet potato fries and became very ill after a couple of hours. Lots of nausea and vomiting the first evening afterwards experienced weakness for a couple of days which required me to take off work.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
