I ate one of their chicken sandwiches and a large fries. I got pretty sick right away, and have been laid up with the worst diarrhea I had ever had, it's like stomach acid just shooting right out. Thanks Wendy's for the worst experience ever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I went to lunch with a friend, ate my lunch and within hours I was projectile vomiting with stomach cramps & massive amounts of liquid fecal matter. I did notice my food was not warm, but so very close to being cold ,last bite tasting rotten.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
