Right now. My husband and I are both sick. The only thing we ate today were roast beef sandwiches and a sticky bun all purchased from the same bakery. We took the pastry home and ate that about two hours after consuming the sandwiches. Both of us felt sick about an hour after eating the pastry.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other
