I ordered a chicken caseor salad. the only thing I ate all day. Three hours later I had terrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. I called the store, they never asked my name or phone or said they were sorry and would look into it. I spoke with Manager who was very rude.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Ate a chicken salad sandwich at here, within hours I has severe nausea, abdominal pain, fever, chills, dizzinesz Friend had sandwich from there as well, picked off wet greenish areas on bread but didn't eat more than a bite.
