ordered grilled chicken sandwich and when it came I started eating it. It was ok. About 13 hours later I became very nauseated. Had diarrhea and started vomiting. The vegetables on the salad bar looked wilty and stale and this was at noon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate a small bowl of chicken noodle soup, some bread, and a half grilled cheese around 8pm, by 4am I had uncontrollable diarrhea and nausea. It is now 1 pm the next day and I'm still recovering from the symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I had the grilled chicken salad around 8pm. A couple of hours later I started to have stomach pains, which lasted the rest of the night. I was was vomiting and had diarrhea for several hours the next day. Cold sweats, hot, major headache and body aches.
