Ate yesterday at 5:45pm, 2 piece dark chicken (clucking hot) + beans and slaw. Woke up at two am and jettisoned food at both ends. Muscle aches, headache, stomach/guy pain, 101 degree fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Muscle Pain

Had Kismet Thursday night, woke up Friday vomiting diarrhea for 24 hours straight couldn’t keep down liquids almost went o ER. There days later still sick, not vomiting anymore but can barely eat and still nauseas and weak.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
