Ate Signature Cafe New England-Style Clam Chowder. It was only meal besides some sour dough bread and corn bread purchased at same store. Sick within about 5 hours. Likely food poisoning due to symptoms (diarrhea, vomiting, nausea and extreme dehydration). Prescribed Ondansetron for Nausea and vomiting

I ate a chicken burrito bowl with rice, beans, sour cream, lettuce and chicken. it was my only meal of the day so must have cause today which was waking up with explosive diarrhea and chills all day and still going.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills
