My husband and I grabbed Arby's for lunch on 4/4/2018. By that evening my symptoms had set in. Hubby was fine. The only difference between our meals was cheese sauce. He was smart enough to refrain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Symptoms came a few hours after brunch/eating leftovers the same day, mainly diarrhea, started feeling nauseous/almost vomited. Drank a lot of fluids and fasted the rest of the day.
