Group luncheon of sandwiches, cakes, tea, hot coffee, ice, salad. Out of 12 people 7 persons were ill after the luncheon. This was additionally reported to the restaurant  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate the buffet tso chicken egg rolls rice. Roach on the outside of my moms water cup. No apologies nothing. Ended up in er after throwing up about 12 timea in a 2hr period. Feel so sick might have to return to er cuz amd getting worse.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

not sure if this was it or not but i cannot think of anywhere else that i might have gotten sick from. i ate duck and brussel sprouts at lunch on 4/18/2018. i started vomiting 4/20 at about 7pm. it lasted only 1 day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Had Eggs over easy at Kerby Lane in South Austin for lunch yesterday 4/16/2018, woke up at about 2am with severe abdominal cramps and have been basically on the toilet since then. Chills, fever, diarrhea, nausea, bloody diarrhea. I think it's salmonella. Going to doctor today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Stomach Pain, Cramps
