Ordered pizza for pickup, it was admittedly a little cold (probably was sitting out too long) and I shouldn’t have eaten the stuff but I was hungry. About half an hour after eating I immediately felt nauseous and had MAD diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

We ate chicken nuggets, fries and sauce and started feeling weird within the hour. The next 24 hours were a complete mess between vomiting, diarrhea, muscle pain and stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Muscle Pain

Ordered a big plate with beef and broccoli, honey shrimp and sweetfire chicken. After two hours got horrible nausea and headache. Vommitted for most of the evening.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
