I ordered buffalo chicken ranch wrap with chips and salsa last night around 8:40. Did not have any other food and drank water and tea. Woke up this morning around 8am with intense nausea leading to vomiting, dry heaving, and diarrhea over the last 4 hours. I ate a cheeseburger fries and shake at about 8am. Within 2 hours my stomach felt backed up and gassy. I had stomach cramps and ended up getting the shits.
