The McDonald's is located in the airport terminal. Well I ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel sandwich. Ate it, came back to Virginia Beach and I've been miserable ever since.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever

Me and another guy at my table both ordered the same quesadilla burgers. We were the only ones who ordered it at our table and we both got sick. We didn't eat anything else together that weekend so I'm 99% sure it was the quesadilla burger at Applebee's.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
