Location Almeda Genoa I 100% know this is the source for the poison. Both times it was the only thing I ate the entire day. I ate it for breakfast and hours later it was horrible. Got breakfast combo at 9am on Thursday Dec 11 with toast, hashbrowns with mushrooms, cheese, chili, ham, and over easy eggs.
