Ordered chicken burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side, black beans, hot sauce, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and guacamole for dinner. Woke up the next day and had diarrhea, stomach pains, and flu-like symptoms. 2 days later and I am still having diarrhea and unable to eat solid foods.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain

I ate it Thursday afternoon for lunch. I had diarrhea one hour after that. My stomach was in pain the whole night. I skipped dinner because I had loss of appetite. Next morning I had bad diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Loss of Appetite, Stomach Pain
