woke up around midnight feeling off. I decided to go to the back room and the second I saw the toilet I got the urge to vomit. I exploded. Everything came up. It was extremely bizarre to see, as I haven’t vomited in years. When I thought it was finished, more and more kept coming up. I was exhausted. Luckily, I felt immediately better besides the after affects of throwing up, and managed to go back to sleep. Now, the next day, I’m shitting my brains out. Beef and Cheddar. Ate dinner at 730-8 pmwoke up in the middle of the night feeling nauseous and my stomach was cramping. Got up around 330-4am vomiting and severe stomach cramps.
