Ate lunch on Thursday, March 29, 2018. I started having gastrointestinal issues. Saw my doctor on Monday, April 2, 2018 due to symptoms persisting. Got diagnosis.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas

Ordered from drive through at approximately noon on 1/4/18 and ordered two cheese burgers and a small fry. With an hour i had stomach discomfort and minor stomach pain. Within 3 hours i vomited and afterwards felt much better. I called the business and reported it to manager  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I had a double chicken bowl w white rice tomatoes sour cream lettuce and cheese I ate it July 18, 2017 the symptoms began that day and didn't stop until the following Sunday. Had to miss 2 days of work due to non-stop vomiting and diarrhoea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
