Ate two chicken snack wraps and some curley fries about noon mar31 , about a hour later started to feel kinda queasy. Went home and by 4pm had diarrhea and then about 7 pm started vomiting. Ordered the Tikka Chance on Me bowl while in town for business. 2 hours later, plagued with nausea, vomiting, and a fever of a 102. Nearly four days later and I still haven't recovered.
