Had a great day, didn't feel sick in any way. Had Taco Bell at 8:30 pm---got home and two hours later was vomiting and having diarrhea. Lasted a whole day and half. Never eating Taco Bell Again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered and ate a chocolate cheesecake milkshake it didn't give off a pungent taste till the bottom of the cup. I then realised the cheesecake was sour now I'm sitting getting upercutted in the stomach  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
