Ate burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, chicken, corn salsa, mild salsa, cheese, and chips. Woke up with diarrhea, lower stomach pain and nausea. Could not eat all day and in bed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Dec. 6 got a fish burrito with rice, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapenos, olives, sour cream, quacamole. Went home and went to bed fairly early. Woke up next morning fairly sick .By 2 PM puked out my gut. In bed until 1130pm. 2 days later feel so so. Nasty.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
