I went to Panda Express at lunch and ordered a bowl with Honey Sesame Chicken and Lo Mein and a small side of Beijing Beef about 4 hours later I was vomiting and had diarrhea. This lasted for days and I’m still having stomach issues.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache

Had lunch there 09/18/25, got a cheeseburger, fries and custard. 2 hours later I was having severe diarrhea and stomach pain with nausea. When I got home from work around 6 pm I was in the bathroom at least over 15 times with total liquid for diarrhea.… See more
