I ordered chicken nuggets today and they tasted fine. I ate around 2:30 pm. It is now 6:00 pm and I have severe stomach cramps, I went to the bathroom and had insane diarrhea then had to vomit. Now I feel down in the dumps. Disappointed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ordered the Pink Drink 6/6. Drank 8 ounces 6/7, had bad diarrhea. I didn’t think anything of it because I didn’t know what caused it at first until I realized I had nothing else to eat yesterday before my episode. Drank 8 ounces 6/8 and had diarrhea 20 minutes later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Today I had the ham and cheese sub. Within an hour I started feeling extremely bad cramping in my stomach and I have thrown up several times. My stomach still hurts and I am ver nauseous.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain

My girlfriend and I ate a chicken quesadilla with onions from here yesterday (6/5/2022) and about 5-10 mins after started feeling very nauseous and had stomach aches. We both ended up throwing up the food. The quesadilla was sooooo greasy. It was like eating straight up grease. So disgusting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Got a salad yesterday w/ sofritas, both beans, both rices, tomato salsa + corn salsa + green tomatillo salsa, cheese, and queso blanco. Felt really dizzy and nauseous and stomach cramps afterwards, couldn't finish bowl and put it in the fridge and symptoms persisted through all day… See more

The food at the Black River Correctional Instutional is serving food that is expired by 2 years, can you look into it for me? My son is serving time there and he and the other inmates noticed the date on the meat. The guards or whoever came in and removed all the lables.
