I had a late dinner 9:30pm, was the only thing I ate all day. I ordered the spice rubbed salmon. About 3 hours later my stomach was rumbling, felt gross and queasy. Diarrhea then vomiting on repeat for the next 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
