Acute diarrheal illness after eating orange chicken and white rice from Big Bowl at Midway airport at 6pm on Sunday 4/5. Symptoms started at 7am on Monday. 9 instance of completely watery diarrhea so far. As of 11pm on Monday night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Within 30 mins of eating prosciutto I started to have nausea, then diarrhea quickly followed. I then was vomiting while having diarrhea at the same time.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills

Ate at Culver’s Friday afternoon. Felt fine before however got sick shortly afterwards at work and have been in ER/hospital ever since. Doctors are sure it was something from this establishment.
