Had breadsticks and alfredo sauce, crispy chicken bites, and the Fiesta lime chicken with rice and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. Ate around 8 pm and woke up at 3 am this morning puking. Had to call into work and probably tomorrow too.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I ate the seafood Alfredo which includes shrimp and scallops, approximately 4 hours after consuming less than half of my food I began having stomach pain which led into severe abdominal pain and liquid diarrhea which come on and off for about 3 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Had mussels and their shrimp lobster Alfredo pasta. My husband never had the mussels but I did pour the sauce from.them onto the pasta to make it more flavorful. We ate at this place last night, Wednesday, January 12 between 8 and 9 pm. We split fettuccine Alfredo
