I went to dinner last night at red lobster. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms I had the admirals feast, salad with blue cheese dressing. Went to bed with a little stomach ache and woke early with diarrhea and cramps. I was fine before going now after I can’t stop going to the bathroom.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain

Ate around noon on 5/19. Rest of family was fine. I had the Korean BBQ boneless wings with blue cheese. By 8 that evening I was having strong stomach discomfort, followed by diarrhea and finally a bout of projectile vomiting. All symptoms have now ceased.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
