Ate at BJ's around 1:30 pm. I ordered calamari appetizer as my entree. An hour after leaving I started feeling nauseous. I rested for a while, and 90 minutes later had projectile vomiting. Two hours after vomiting, I am starting to feel better  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I had mooshoo eggrolls at 10:30 pm 4/26/17. I also had the calamari, but I was not alone eating that item, and no one else got sick so that eliminated that option. I started feeling nausea within an hour of eating. I was having nausea/vomiting all night with less frequent diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

ate approximately 5 calamari rings at 9:00pm that were from Costco freezer isle.
