I ate a cheeseburger fries and shake at about 8am. Within 2 hours my stomach felt backed up and gassy. I had stomach cramps and ended up getting the shits. Felt like I was gonna throw up and was having heat flashes. Food went straight through me. Not going back to this place ever again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas, Cramps

I ordered a cheeseburger took it back because it tasted bad got another ate half and was sick within 30 minutes of eating it. Extreme abdominal pains following sweats an raging diarrhea. My wife was the only member of a party of nine that had a hamburger at Mcmenamins Cornelius pass.
Shes now vomiting after about four hours later
And it looks like small worms in here vomit
Only my wife out of nine people
