I ordered a double cheeseburger. My kids and girlfriend had a chicken nuggets and a chicken salad. As soon as I finished the cheeseburger on the trip to Boston, I knew something was off. I vomited 3 times and had diarrhea for 2 days. I haven't eaten anything of substance.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Not sure which causes it cos I had sliced fish soup for lunch and tapao-ed the chicken set frm western shop for dinner. Immediately felt sick the next mornig (thought it was menstrual cramps) but no, felt so weak  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Cramps, Weakness
