Sunday Dec. 17th . My friend and I ate the same thing,except he had the chili,and I had the chicken vegetable soup. Within an hour horrible gas pains. I ate Thursday 12/14/2017. I ordered a chicken taco and a side of guacamole and chips. That evening I felt nauseous and I went to sleep. Woke up with massive diarrhea and vomiting at the same time.
