Suspected source: Girl Scout Cookies
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: Several days
Additional information: Ate Girl Scout cookies - thin mint and immediately began to feel nauseous. Tried a second time and same results.

Husband ate lemonade Girl Scout cookies and started vomiting and diarrhea within 4 hours. Did not suspect the cookies. My son ate the same cookies 4 days later and with in 3 hours is vomiting. Nobody else in the house is sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
