Ordered chicken burrito with white rice, medium salsa, sour cream and cheese. Started vomiting a couple hours later. Its almost been 24 hours and I think I'm starting to feel better as everything gets out of my system.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had gotten nachos only meat, cheese and sour cream and was woken up in the middle of the night due to stomach pain. I had terrible diarrhea and then vomited. I had vomited 7 more times that day and had lost my appetite for 2 days after that, every time I ate something I felt sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ate a barbacoa salad with veggies, mild salsa, guacamole, sour cream and cheese on December 20 at around 9 pm. The food was packaged to go. Around two or three a.m I was vomiting and had diarrhea and chills but I recovered in 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I purchased a burrito bowl with chicken, sour cream, tomato, cheese, corn, and lettuce & tomato. I woke up around 12am feeling nauseous with diarrhea. I eventually vomitted and have been sick all day  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
