Got food at 8:30pm, quarter ponder meal with fries, Diet Coke.

Hadn’t eaten anything since lunch or after the meal. Illness started at 1:45am and have had 3 bouts of vomiting/diarrhea since then. Probiotics have not helped.

4/9/22, Restaurant did not communicate allergy to scallops with the kitchen staff. My fish was cooked alongside scallops  Reaction occurred within an hour. Vomited for 5 hours.
