After my partner ate from here, their nuggets she felt extremely nauseous three hours after eating. Stomachache diarrhea and vomiting. Had this. Later that day had an abdominal X-ray for an unrelated issue and two small metal objects were found floating in my ascending bowel. I was told it was from whatever I had recently ingested.
