Had a spicy chicken sandwich meal with fries Yesterday about 5 P.M , Everything went down fine and felt no symptoms for the rest of the evening. Woke up this morning about 4 am with a very bad headache, nausea and felt very dehydrated.

we bought it at around 9pm and j got the chicken strips with fries and lime sherbet ice cream. Around 11 pm i stared getting really sharp stomach pains and nausea until i vomited everything i had. i have thrown up about 3 times and it’s only 1 am.
