June 22, 2023 I had mushrooms, green beans, steak, noodles, and balsamic. Within 12 hours I had the worst diarrhea and vomiting of my life. Lasted almost a full 48 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

We had dinner here. My partner ended up vomiting all night and with diarrhea, sick the entire day, i woke up with painful cramps, general eugh.
