My 14 1/2 year old son had the Crispy Macaroni and Chese and the Thin Crush Spinach and Artichoke Pizza followed by 2 plates of their bread and olive oil. He had diarrhea later that hour. The waitress seemed to give us attitude when we asked for a side of  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered a thin crust buffalo chicken pizza and cheese bread sticks around 5:30. Got it at 6ish.. felt fine until I was about to leave work at around 1:17a. I’ve had everything above and currently still feeling horrible at 3am. Never. Ever. Again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
